In Business

CIG “Crescent International Group” was started in 1978 by Founder Chairman Dr. C.P
Ali Bava Haji. Initially the company was started as a Trading Company under the
trade license Al Qama& Ali Baba General Trading LLC. Company expanded in 80’s to
twelve Retail & Wholesale Outlets. In 1990 CIG started wholesale business in
Mozambique and becoming the biggest wholesaler of the country 1991 & 1992.

CIG further expanded in India by Building, Shopping Complex and other businesses.
CIG started Education Ventures in 2001 by starting Engineering College & Schools. In 2003 GIG started Al Ameen Engineering College, 2005 started Malabar Dental College & Research Centre, 2012 started Eranad Knowledge City College of Engineering, 2013 started Malabar College of Commerce & Science, 2014 started Eranad Knowledge City College of Architecture,

2014 also started EKC College of Commerce & Science and Peace Public School. For this Education Foundation the Infrastructure isEranad Knowledge City and Malabar Academic City.

In 2012 CIG expanded as a property developer by the name CIG Developers and started 1st project in Muhaisenah, Dubai. This building shopping complex project with a total built-up area of over 46,900 square feet and gross leasable area of over 40,157 square feet, it has 20shops serving the needs of the community.

CIG also plans to develop its Knowledge Cities in India to attract foreign Universities & Accreditations.
